Ingress Protection

IP20 LED strips are protected against solid objects but have no protection against water. These are ideal for indoor use where moisture is not a concern, or are used with other protective means i.e. aluminium profile.

IP55 LED strips offer moderate protection against dust and are protected against low-pressure water. This makes them suitable for damp and moderately wet indoor environments where there might be exposure to splashing water.

IP67 LED strips provide high-level protection against dust and are completely protected against temporary immersion in water. These are perfect for more demanding outdoor applications, including areas exposed to weather conditions. Not suitable for ponds or permanent submersion.
